Sit down, the Shandong Offshore Photovoltaic has set sail, and the first launch is 11GW+
Recently,the competitive allocation of pile-based fixed offshore photovoltaic projects in Shandong Province in 2022 was officially launched.The offshore photovoltaic project includes 10 offshore photovoltaic sites with a total installed capacity of 11.25 million kilowatts.The construction sites are located in coastal cities such as Yantai,Qingdao,Weihai,Binzhou,Dongying and Weifang.
According to the relevant requirements of the“Action Plan for Offshore Photovoltaic Construction Projects in Shandong Province”and other relevant requirements,under the premise of meeting the relevant requirements of land and space planning,ecological protection red lines,port waterways,etc.,the offshore distance,water depth,waves,ice floes,geology and other factors are integrated to focus on building two major 10 million kilowatt offshore photovoltaic bases“around the Bohai Sea”and"Along the Yellow Sea".
In accordance with the overall deployment of offshore photovoltaic development in Shandong Province,we adhere to the unified planning and layout at the provincial level,the unified allocation of resources,and the unified development and construction.In 2022,pile-based fixed offshore photovoltaic projects in Shandong Province will be allocated through market competition,and enterprises with strong comprehensive strength,excellent investment models,advanced equipment,good technical solutions,reasonable construction cycles,and good industry-driven effects will be selected as development owners.
According to the previous policy,in terms of offshore photovoltaic,the policy stated that it will actively promote pilot demonstrations of offshore photovoltaic,and for the”14th Five-Year Plan”floating offshore photovoltaic projects that will be connected to the grid from 2022 to 2025,the provincial finance will subsidize them in accordance with the standards of 1,000 yuan,800 yuan,600 yuan,and 400 yuan per kilowatt,and the scale of subsidies shall not exceed 100,000 kilowatts,200,000 kilowatts,300,000 kilowatts,and 400,000 kilowatts respectively.Incorporate offshore photovoltaic into key provincial projects to solve the problem of marine land use in an overall manner.At the same time,with reference to the offshore wind power support policy,we will give full play to the role of the old and new kinetic energy conversion fund,incorporate into the special debt project library,allocate energy storage facilities,and repurchase transmission lines to support floating offshore photovoltaic to move towards the“dark blue”and embark on the road of large-scale and commercial development.
On April 7th,the Information Office of the Shandong Provincial Government held a press conference to interpret the“Shandong Province's”14th Five-Year Plan to Address Climate Change“and clarify that during the”14th Five-Year Plan“period,Shandong will focus on promoting the construction of”five bases and two demonstrations“,adhere to the”one county,one strategy",and accelerate the development of photovoltaic power plants throughout the county.
